Fishing at Dawn

It was well before sunrise when this Tern was busy fishing for its breakfast on a foggy morning at Galveston Island State Park. I love the colors in this image and the soft feathery edges on the back of the wings created by the back lighting.A Tern hovering as it fishes

Pink and Yellow with an added extra

This combination of pink and yellow was very interesting since we do not normally see these two together. The insect feeding on the flowers was a bonus that I was happy to capture.

Reflections (Pre-sunrise)

A beautiful bright pink and blue sky created this reflection on the lake’s surface prior to the sun rising over the horizon. The intense colors created a magical moment to capture this image at Lake Louisa State Park near Clermont, Florida.Pink and blue sky creating a reflection of the forest on lake's surface.
