Looking a Little Rough (Yellow-Headed Blackbird)

On a visit to a park in Canyon, Texas we saw two female Yellow-Headed Blackbirds in a tree. They appeared to have normal plumage until they took off and I captured this image. It must be molting time, because this bird could sure use some new feathers in its wings. Surprised it can even fly with so many holes in its wings
