Image captured with a Sony A6000 Camera, Tamron 18-200 mm f3.5-6.3 lens, focal length 200 mm, ISO 5000, 1/320 sec at f/6.3, hand held.
This image was difficult to identify the bird since it does not show the coloring of a male or a female Green Honeycreeper, in this case it turnout to be and immature male. Most of the images that we see on the internet and identification guides show mature birds or very young birds making it difficult to fell confident in an identification of an immature in this stage of transformation to adulthood.
